| Description |
Our Client is a leading edge organization accelerating the introduction of high power lasers in precision processing applications into a number of industries including; Automotive, Aerospace, Microelectronics, and Flat Panel Displays (FPD).
This position is based in Crawley, West Sussex and is commutable from London, Crawley, Horsham and Brighton.
As a Technical Sales Engineer (Laser) you will have gained experience in the appropriate fields, duties and responsibilities to include:
-an understanding of high power industrial lasers and its applications (Previous experience in the Laser, Photonic or Fibre Optic industry would be advantageous)
-should be degree qualified or similar in an appropriate discipline - or Advanced University Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field
-minimum 3 years technical sales experience, preferably in the OEM/Industrial market
-considerable experience in selling capital equipment into manufacturing industries
-proven sales record, capable of price negotiation and closing deals
-you must hold a full driving licence
-you must have a valid passport as this role requires worldwide travel
The salary would be up to £25-40k dependant on experience
